Bought a few stuff for my cat, they ended up calculating my items wrongly as their “system” was not working and they took extra 40 dirhams from me. I didn’t realize until i was home and rechecked my receipt i called them and sent them a picture of the receipt and they said oh ya we’re wrong just send us your location so we can give you your money back, sent them the location and never heard back from them again. Its been 2 months. Texted them again and got completely ignored. Don’t shop here they’re scammers and the stuff that I brought from them was broken and opened anyways so it’s really not worth it????

replying to the owner :
i am talking about the guy who is setting in the back office i dont know who is he because everyone was asking for his permission

i have giving him time more that 15 min
ur team was very helpful but he wasn't
this item which i bought several times from multiple shops separately and he only want to sell it as a full box
don't say i didn't give him time to arrange
he said no and walked away

Been around for long time - best quality products, never had to complain. Well behaved and helpful staff, esp., one Maaz. Children enjoy playing with some pets, watching KOI fishes ( they have best koi fish in Dubai!). Easy to reach and parking always available. Have combined my visit with great coffee next door cafe..ordering online is also good from pet plus if you don’t have time to drive up. 10/10 for everything!!

Pets love us unconditionally, even when we might not love ourselves that much. Pets often know when we need a little extra love, and give it without hesitation or having to be asked. Pets help to protect our homes. Even the smallest dog can deter a stranger, and many cats and birds, too.
If you love Pets, just visit this shop!????????

I always leaving a good review but Recently visited the Store i feel lots of products were out of stock, mentioned prices were wrong and Very poor customer service, I used to come more often but i think should move to other pet store. NOT RECOMMENDED

Very very beautiful Nishikigoi.
I can stay this shop all day long jyst for seeing nishikigoi.
According to shop stuff, they import thise nishikigoi from Japan.
Real nishikigoi are there.
Condition looks nice.
You can buy many equipment for the same.
I did not expect that I can see nishikigoi in Dubai UAE.
After visited tgus shop, I clould relaxed.

I have used Tiger Taxi since day one of its operation. It has always been my first choice of call as the driver is always punctual, courteous and reliable. I’ve used this service for my child’s school run for the last three years and never had a problem or was let down. I would highly recommend Tiger Taxi for its excellent customer service and the very reasonable fares.

I'm a very busy teenager who at times requires tiger taxi service to fetch me from one activity to another. From Rugby in one town to Karate in the next village and at times to my Music school. Always arrives in plenty of time and he will text me to remind me he will be picking me up! I travel alone in his taxi i feel safe and well looked after! My parents are assured i will be delivered on time and safely. He will watch me go into my clubs and makes sure am signed in before he leaves! I would be lost without Tiger Taxis! Thank you for a superb service!

Tiger Taxi failed to meet us at Stansted Airport we are two elderly ladies and to find alternative arrangements to get beck to Clacton-on-Sea.we had to resort to National Expess to Colchester and Taxi from there not arr home until 11.00 at night
