I had a very disappointing experience asking for a very simple service of scanning some documents. I stayed for more than one hour to have my passports scanned because they prioritized serving other customers that came after me while scanning my documents which of course meant they messed and had to spend more than 30 minutes editing the scans to make them right !!

I ended up leaving not getting my documents that i already paid for correct and i edited them myself at home, and they charged me over 120 dirhams just for soft copies nothing printed. When i asked to make an official complain they totally dismissed me and gave me the number of the shop itself to call !

Not happy very bad customer care he left me and my little doughter in room and wend to another customer who came after us ! Photos are dark skin color not as natural and so much darker
