Piccolo Mondo was a wonderful find! I had a sandwich, a mojito (without alcohol, which isn't served here), an americano, and a tiramisu, all of which were nicely presented and tasty. The service was great, too. The server was attentive but not overbearing. This establishment also offers shisha options.

This place is really good in case you want to chill with your friends. The only issue was the Manager (Ahmed Al Amir) who discriminated us and even lied that there’s a minimum amount to spend in our table, while the other staffs claims that there’s none! Don’t let this one staff ruin your brands image! An action must be taken immediately, otherwise people won’t come back at all!! But hats off to Ms. Janine in giving good customer service, and the other two on duty managers as well in defusing the situation.

Perfect place to relax with friends especially for date night. Ambience was perfect. Service by Zara was beyond, she made sure we had our meal on time and her recommendations were the best. Will definitely be back soon. ❤

Ambiance is good, but the Manager Ahmad Al Amir was very unprofessional and discriminating customers! He can just check our order in their system, but he still went to our table questioning why we only ordered 2 drinks since we’re 5 (we have ordered 5 drinks, but 3 were already cleared in the table!). This was advised to him, but he told us “wait let me check”, was that even necessary?! A bad place with good employees makes the customer come back, a good place with poor customer service will never be a go to place!!!

This place open 24 hours. After 10.30 PM start live music. Quality of food should be better, price high than average in this area.

The food is overpriced and not that great.
Service is terrible. I was charged 19 for a cup of hot water. I had a tea and it got cold very quickly , therefore asked for little bit of hot water to make it hot again. I was not informed that they will be charging me for another tea and was given a small cup of hot water without the tea bag even tho they charged me for it.
