I honestly had a great experience with this shop. The staff, especially Shamad, was on point. The prices way exceed my expectations--prices are very affordable. Quality is pretty good for their products on top of that too.

Guys, i dont recommend this branch in Al Rigga the sales person are rude and i experienced discrimination. I went to the shop tonight 12.05.2023 and ask for a size of an off shoulder blue and white dress but the sales person told me that it was 440 dirhams, in my response i told him that i dont care about the price but i need a size so i can buy it. He asked his other colleague and yet they told me that the dresses are on the first floor and i have to come back in 15 minutes. Sales person on the mall are more accommodating and friendly and they dont diminish the customers.

I visit Boutique today 29.12.22 in the morning. Two Indian sales man were there, both of them are super rude. Even I was just browsing by my self and not disturbing, they were discussing about me on bad way. Was planing to shop but bought only 2 items and left, since I feel stuff didn't want to help, they just want me to leave.
My first and last time visiting this boutique. Very negative atmosphere by this people. I love the brand, however this is kind of stuff damaging the reputation!

Worst experience ever!! Disrespectful Employees!!

I went to Al Rigga outlet (9th Dec around 9.30pm) one hour ago and this was not my first time there cause I used to buy from them before also cause I really like this brand.
But having this kind of staff is damaged to your brand as well. I’ll never feel to go there again. It was so disrespectful

Today there were one saleslady Black one and one more salesman he might be a supervisor or someone and no one was interested to sell anything or they don’t wants us to buy even.. And the saleslady gave me such a disgusting look and the answers when I’m asking about sizes. She thinks that we can’t afford to buy these once?? And then once I select my top and asked for my size this supervisor was checking on system and he wants the bring it from upstairs store and this lady saying only three pieces were available?? What kind of a behavior is this ?? How rude she was cause she know that I can hear that too and without a reason she is insulting us ?? No ethnics no respect to people

Hope management will have inquiry about this incident asap

We went to the store just a few moments back. There were two salesmen and none of them were interested in being of help. Moreover the salesperson was bias when asked to visit the upstairs to check out the clothes he said it’s closed and just the very next second two European ladies came and he let them through. To top it up when I enquired about a dress he said can I tell you the price first and then show you. What kind of a salesperson has the store hired? Extremely poor customer service

I went to their store today and not even a single soul was there, But still there was a Filipino lady who stood there and was so not interested in helping me buy my husband a shirt. Guess she judged me by my clothes as I live nearby and was not dressed well as I was decorating for my husbands birthday. She was very standoffish and behaved like I couldn't afford a shirt. She kept saying no exchange and when I told her the size she said they didn't have that size. The worst thing is this lady said there is no size when asked a large size. Well that is beyond me. I didn't want to give her my peace of mind so left. But just hire people who are interested in their job instead of hiring malnutritioned Filipinos coz they are CHEAP labour and white skin with no customer service skills.

Went in today with my husband. An arab guy attended us who was very rude and very racist. Am an arab and my husband is indian. From the moment he spoke to me, he asked who was the man with me"in an arrogant tone" which is non or his business and when he knew he is my husband he was so sarcastic. I also work in a line of customer service and we love in dubai where multi culture sense applies. But apparently in this shop, they hire only old minded racist old people who look down to other who are not like them. Am chocked that a brand shop would have such employees. So disrespectful and upsetting. I will never go in one of your shops ever again. Better I go calvin klain or any other branded shops where we can be treated as humans not by gender or nationality.

Do NOT use this firm. We booked a taxi and we were double charged! One amount from Happicabs another from Zettle taxis, identical amounts at the same time. Only noticed after looking at my statement the following day. Approached the firm who said it was not their driver and insinuated it was my problem/issue. Thet would not reimburse the fare either. Complete liars.

Have been using the App to get taxis regularly. Unfortunately two mornings this week the taxi has been over 15mins late getting to me (as you can see their location on the map, I can see that they set off after my requested pick up time). I booked the taxis the day before, so can’t blame short notice. Really disappointed as they’ve been very reliable in the past. Think I’ll try a different taxi company going forwards.

I have always found Happicabs to be professional and the drivers have been excellent. Earlier today I took a Happicab and had a really good journey, Taylor the driver was courteous and interesting to talk to. The customer service did not end with that journey. I accidentally left my phone in the cab, Taylor could not have been more helpful in reuniting me with the phone - he even activated ICE on the locked handset so that he could let my wife know he had the phone. Thank you Taylor! Thank you Happicabs for providing such service. You have a very happy customer.

Terrible drivers - specifically a driver driving a toyota prius with numberplate FJ17 0PC, if you see this numberplate is yours do NOT get in the taxi. He is a very unsafe driver, cut multiple people off at a roundabout then proceeded to become extremely aggressive and threatening, all whilst then continuing to drive like a maniac, breaking randomly and swearing to stop anybody getting past or driving normally

Awful service - booked a return journey to a wedding recently. The driver turned up 20mins late, and on both journeys for 6 people a Prius was sent - with two adults expected to sit in the jump seats. In addition to this - they’re the most expensive cab company in Chelmsford! Not using again.

Customer service very poor. Driver arrived 30 mins late after text saying he had arrived. Could not get through on phone to company or driver during this time. Realised we left an item in taxi on drop off and immediately called company back and was met with very rude and patronising manner. Would not be using this company again

Booked a taxi, the taxi was cancelled and was told another would arrive shortly. 15 mins turned into 45 mins. Another taxi arrived in that time but the customer they were collecting told the driver they cancelled it. The taxi driver called the office and they refused to take us. The driver was given another job and we were told we would have to wait for another to be allocated. Terrible service.

We booked 2 cabs to take 10 of us to and from Creamfields on a busy bank holiday weekend when Ride London was also taking place and lots of roads around Chelmsford were closed.

The 2nd of the two cabs taking us in was a little late but we were in the sunshine and it was no biggie.

Coming home from Creamfields we arranged a pick up away from Hylands but within walking distance. Both taxis arrived within 5 minutes of our midnight pickup time. That's the first time that's ever happened in 25 years attending festivals at Hylands. Thank you Happicabs - you were absolute stars on what was an incredibly busy weekend.
