I had the best experience here on my visit to Dubai, I am from Australia. The young male assistant was very helpful and courteous. I bought a suit, shirt and shoes here. Very happy!!

Useless and lazy salespersons. Both, the woman and guy, seemed uninterested to work. Unconcerned and unbothered to help the customers. Just standing and watching. When asked, they will reluctantly reply. But, when comes a Caucasian, they immediately changed and turned into a bootlicker. Such pathetic backwards mentally ill and racist nitwits should be kicked out from Dubai. Will address this to the Under Secretary of Diwan for smearing the image of Dubai as a multinational city.

Congratulations to the Pierre Cardin staff at the Al Rigga outlet for being attentive and helpful to customers.

Such a pathetic place to do shopping. Discount of 90% sale and the salesmen thinks that they are giving free. Very bad service. Selected couple of pants and was told that alteration will take 5 days. Left without shopping. Won't recommend this place at all. Me being a Pierre Cardin customer for the last 10 yrs, felt really bad about this center.

Pathetic Service. Not willing to help to get a damaged product replaced.
Staffs are Not intrested to put any sort of effort for customer satisfaction.

Staff will behave like they are giving dress as a charity to us..No proper response..please avoid this brand and store

Such pathetic sales man no response when I ask for size , and other sales man chatting with colleague , it’s not a first experience all the time same
