Wish I could rate with 0...placed an order and after 1 hour and almost 15 minutes I was still waiting for the delivery. Called the branch at least 7 times, but no answer. Sent a message on IG but no reply. After 1 hour and 40 minutes I received an open box with a cold pinsa that I, obviously, returned. But the amount was deducted from my card, of course

First time ordering Pinsanity as a result of good reviews.

After an hour of no progress on track order I called Pinsanity and they told me it was with the driver.

After almost two hours Talabat called me and said they were cancelling the order “due to technical issues at the restaurant”

Then received a text “Unfortunately your order was cancelled due to restaurant late delivery.”

Both parties telling me a different story and no food after almost 2 hours.

Ordered for the first time going by their reviews. Pizza arrived cold as if left outside for atleast 30 minutes after preparing. Wasn't expecting something like this.

So tried your pizza tonight what can I say the best lightest ???? I've ever had for a takeaway. Will definitely be ordering again. Thats how pizza should be made light and tasty and very quick delivery. Thanks for Making our Thursday night a good pizza night. ????

First order and its a burnt pizza. Simply placed the order based on positive reviews. Not impressed. Perhaps next time.
