Not really a park and ride. Apparently the site has been sold for student accommodation to be built. Cost £8 for two to Exeter City centre and return. Return bus stop has also moved opposite bus station. Better to use your own transport park in town, much cheaper and more convenient.

Ignore every review about this appalling car park and local bus fiasco that’s older than late 2022. This is no longer a Park and Ride. It’s now a free car park located on the edge of Exeter, and you catch a local bus into the city centre (no. 4 or 4a). They run once every 30 to 45 minutes, and the cheapest way of using the bus is to get two single tickets when you board the bus - £2 each way as opposed to £4.50 for a return ticket.

The problem arises when you want to get back to the car park. It’s a secret as to where the buses leave from, it’s across the road from the bus station and difficult to find. I couldn’t see a sign saying it goes to the car park. IMPORTANT!!!!! You have to get off the bus on the opposite side of a busy duel carriageway road from the car park, about 100 metres before you can even see it, then cross the road and walk to it. If you don’t get off (like I did), then it’s a 50 minute bus tour of a few housing estates in the middle of nowhere, followed by a bus journey back to the edge of Exeter and the car park. The driver didn’t stop at the car park stop, even though I told him where I wanted to go and asked him to stop there. (Driving through the tiny estate roads, he shouted “F*^k off” to a car driver as he ran it off the road while ploughing his bus through a narrow road.)

Typical local government cut backs, stopping the dedicated Park and Ride buses that operated very efficiently. If you’re a visitor to Exeter, just drive into the centre and pay in one of the car parks close to the centre. Forget about the “clean air policy” - Exeter Council don’t care about their air, so why should their visitors? Terrible experience.

Terrible changes to this park and ride, it used to be the best but now the return stop is a long walk from the high street. Plus it does not stop at the park and ride but across the road, we were not told this so missed the stop. I also had to cross busy roads with no crossing with a small child too. Will not be using again.

Looks very tired with litter in all areas. The buses are not marked Park and ride anymore. We travelled with Stagecoach buses as an alternative which was packed but got there with no issues

Bus arrived late due to lack of buses and had to find our way to another stop some half mile away with our young grandchildren in the hot sun, then waited another 30 minutes for a bus to arrive. Charged a bus fare this, won’t use it again.

Very poor. There was no park & ride bus. When a single deck 4A arrived, it was crammed with passengers and large suitcases. The operation is a farce and a disgrace to Exeter's image.

Slow service. Return service from town was atrocious bus stop 39 little information and NO busses .. waited an hour.. ended up on a 44 bus out the depot .. but random bay number due to broken sliding doors. Nobody available on the information desk.. don't get park and ride unless you have to.. Terrible...

3rd Dec 2022, used the Park & ride at Honiton, Barton Grange, parking was really easy and straight onto one of the two buses waiting.
The driver explained there's only ONE stop. However this "only ONE stop" is not where you catch the return bus.
You have to go to the New bus station, although nearby none of it is clear or well explained. Two buses did eventually arrive
All things considered it was better than driving in the queues for car parking
