The services was gibberish, staff with customer totally isolated and bored.
After serving the order staff left us unattended we have to move and shriek at the counter beacsue no one there to hear the customer.
So absurb experince at Pizza hut ever.

As always My box is my order everyday. The place where I visit is in Al Warqa 1 nearby life pharmacy, on time delivery and pick up services are also good. As they are renowned chain of restaurants, they never disappoint it.

The lady at the counter is disrespectful. I came first in line and already informed the cashier about my order, then I asked my friend about the flavor that she want. Suddenly, one guy came and told his order all of a sudden, and I informed the cashier that we are not together, but the lady gestured that she will take the guy’s order first. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. This kind of unprofessional attitude should be taken care of.

It was a nice place . Now it has changed. No clean tables. We have to clean on our own. They don't have any diet or diet drink options. Hope they improve. Their attitude is like take it or leave it.

most of the time we order take-away MyBox to them and will tell them the sides we like. Once we reach home, the sides are different to what we requested. Waited for a long time for the order only to receive the wrong one.

Very bad experience we had pizza from this branch in 2017 and there was hair in the pizza and last night again we went there after many years and guess what again there was hair that mean the staff of pizza hut is not good and clean and hygienic. After eating pizza my toddler had high fever as well

They make half cooked things let show u guys want they did
Make sure see things before take it from they all give half things
They didn’t give me Pepsi
They didn’t give me thousand island sauce
They didn’t give me my wings

Hasanga and Jonnalyn represented the worst attitude and talked to us with high pitched voice with no respect. This is not the first time dealing with customers in this way.

Stopped here today on our way home to England after a few days holiday for advice for my husband who was feeling unwell. All staff were friendly and helpful but Aileen went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service. My husband got the treatment he required today thanks to her thoughtfulness and care.

I use Rowlands Pharmacy on a regular basis and the customer service is always amazing. The staff are always friendly and very helpful answering any questions I have. Always a prompt service when collecting prescriptions. I won't use any other pharmacy :)

I can't thank the lady enough working at the pharmacy, whilst on holiday unfortunately our daughter got what we thought might be a tick so we went to the pharmacy and the lady confirmed it was a tick and got onto the doctors surgery and got us an appointment straight away and gave us all the details of how to get there and advised they would prescribe antibiotics, she was so helpful,friendly and caring we can't thank you enough for helping us and looking after us the way you did you went above and beyond
