Ordered pizza, buffalo wings, and sides. I work about 10 min away from Pizza Hut. It took them almost 2 hours to deliver. Food arrived cold and hard. I called immediately about the wings having no sauce or flavor on them and the manager said this is how they come now. I asked, even when I ordered sauce? He asked how he can make it right. I asked for a replacement order. He said only if I send all the food back. But I had people to feed immediately! He left me with no choice but to take what I had. He said he would not replace but he could send me sauce. I asked him to replace the bad quality food with fresh and correct order. Again, he denied so that was it. 40 min later, I get a call from delivery driver saying they brought me thousand island sauce! It’s 3 hrs after I place the order. We are not hungry anymore and this is not what I asked for. Manager really messed up and didn’t take responsibility.

Really poor experience overall. Bad quality food and poor Manager service

Worst Experience of walking directly into Pizza Hut store, I went around 1:00PM and wanted to order food for 12 persons. The store was completely empty an the guy in the Ordering counter said they can't take any order for next 1.5 Hours as their kitchen is too busy in preparing 100+ pizzas for other customers. I don't understand, am I not a customer and why did they kept the store opened if can't serve any customer, better to lockout and cook only for Online Orders right...

Call center representatives don't know how to answer the calls properly. It already happened twice and it's very irritating that they cannot answer our follow-up queries properly. Usually, I'm ordering via call center a day before we require the pizzas. Firstly, they are telling me that I didn't order, as they are not seeing anything on the reference number that I've got when I ordered, it was an hour before we require the food, after calling thrice or four times, they told me to just order again but it will not reach by noon. Note that it was for our company's lunch so it will be a bulk order. There is no food to be served at lunch time and call center doesn't care at all. It happened again today even if I have followed up early morning and was advised that all are in place. For the nth time, it was late, so I followed up again and was told that I didn't order anything. Good thing that I have the number of the driver who delivered last time and he coordinated with the branch near our office. If call center cannot handle the calls properly, at least provide the number of the nearest branch directly so we can coordinate with them, don't tell us that you don't have their number! Thanks to that driver. He was very accommodating compared to call center representatives. Hope that there will be direct numbers on specific branch so it will be easier for us to order online.

I ordered pizza at 08:34pm and they said it will be delivered within 45 minutes but it’s been 1:45 hours but the pizza didn’t reach to me. The call center and the manager is also playing around with us as the customer. Please be aware before ordering.
False committment from the manager and the team for sending complimentary pasta when it was not sent along with the original order.

As always PH is Best in fresh baked pizzas. And having it in Jabel Ali industrial zone is one good place to party or celebrating with office mates. Good fresh and tasty

I ordered the pizza at 8.53 pm and they didn’t delivered till 10.35 pm. When i called them and asked about the delivery the staff (HASSAN) was so arrogant on phone and said you can cancel the order.Really worst service .

Food is always one of my Go to! Unfortunately the staff in this location is not so friendly???? I still enjoyed the food though!

Freshly baked pizzas. Placed orders and received it on time.
The Limo pizza is a favourite as it can fill up to 7-8 people.
The only complaint I have is once a Limo Pizza which I had ordered ended up having the same pizza type for all 3 pizzas when I had selected 3 different pizzas to be added.
Other than this, everything else was fine.
