The staff is very rude to everyone and behavior is not . I was coming for give an order and there was one pizza maker who directly told me to go outside even there is still time to close the branch. I went there near about 2:30 and his way of talking is very bad and i want to punch him the way he talked to me seriously disgusting staff member❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Very bad service!
We ordered the boss deal, and then the lady said for drinks we have only water and orange juice (knowing that we have to pay extra 4 AED for the orange).

Then she said we can choose any flavor, when we chose chicken supreme; she said we can’t offer you that sir there’s only 5 flavors.

Really such a bad experience to encounter when you go to a fast food shop to eat a quick bite.

One of the worst service I have ever came across in almost 20 countries I have used pizza hut. Pizza was 45 minutes later then promised and it was cold. I would not recommend anyone to use this outlet of pizza hut.

I was kicked out of the surgery without notification or any mail. I tried booking appointments several times before then but no available time. The day I finally got one, I was told by the receptionist sorry I can't find your name on our record again. No prior notice or message to inform. This was 2 weeks ago. I'm still trying to get another surgery to register with.

I called in to say that my new born baby is showing cold-like symptoms. The receptionist said that there is nothing they can do until I get him registered. Apparently, the registration is much more important than attending a medical need of a days’ old baby.

I highly suggest that no one register with this GP. I have had worse experiences than this, so I always go directly to the hospital. They do things according to their own timing and even forget our concerns. Once I had to continuously call and remind for a renewal of prescription, finally I ended up going to the hospital for it.

I have two small children got chicken pox and they were both very sick and they removed are register without telling us. by law they should give us at least a month's notice before they let us out. My wife were very upset she phoned surgery they said we have been removed by DR Bekas without any reason. After they have discussed to keep us but I have changed the surgery.

Been registered there for about a year, I've never seen a doctor, I do not know who Dr.Bekas is (woman or a man)? I always spoke to receptionist only, I am not sure they have real doctor in this place????u200d♀️
I was recently pregnant and needed help as I was in pain and really worried, the receptionist asked me for a wee sample and texted me after it's negative. Till today I do not know what she was testing me for and why she needed my wee. I sent email to doctor and he responded he can't do nothing for me. Later on I found out in hospital that my pregnancy has ended and I was carrying dead fetus. I left this surgery after this.

Be careful if you do work for this doctor and his surgery. He tries His best not pay. Avoids contact. Be careful .He wants all for nothing

If i could leave minus stars i would. I Called up for a emergency appointment this morning after being told by 111 i need to see a doctor as i am pregnant and very sick, I am not registered as recently new to the area. The receptionist was the RUDEST woman i have ever encountered, would not even let me speak by keep saying i need to register. I asked for her help which she refused to give as i am not registered and would not listen to me at all. I was actually crying at this point from the pain i am in and her rudeness and I cannot believe she is a point of contact for a medical surgery where Ill patients need advise and help from a KIND person. She is a nasty nasty woman and i would not advise ANYONE to go to this doctors, i am disgusted. She is absolutely vile with clearly no care for anyone or patients. Shocking.

My Dr Bekas surgery answers the phone with in2 minutes gives solution to any questions or an appointment as you wish Repeat scripts no problem Just a phone call 5 star service with smile on the face That is my experience folks ,

Don't get me wrong Dr bekas is a great doctor. The female doctor on the other hand is rude and will talk down to you like a child. Not only did she miss diagnose my daughter. She will also go out of her way to make your experience as difficult as possible. She did not let me explain the situation properly and I feel as if we were palmed off. I'm out raged at this and will be leaving the seugery due to this experience. So if your looking for a doctor who actually cares about their patients make sure your appointment is either with Dr beaks or with another surgery.
