One of the pizzas was wrong (not like we ordered). I called to replace it, but they said they need one hour although they delivered the main order in 15 min. I guess this was their way to avoid replacement where some of us would eat and others would wait. One more thing, the the pizza is so poor in size and ingredients. We used to be fans of their pizza (never tried Mirdif branch before) but this was a disappointing experience (never again). I have added 2 photos. One of them to show the pizza size near my mobile phone

Great quality food. Their pizzas are a must try. Freshly cooked and the sizes are bigger. Would love to see more options though.

Best Italian cuisine. They have very nice pizzas and pastas. Delivery takes a bit time but worth it. Highly recommended.

Since pizzaro was acquired by Ketopi, everything deteriorated.
Customer service, call center, delivery time.
Pizzaro brand collapsed.

Advertising something as low gluten and charging extra for it... You know is just a marketing trick and shouldn't be used in restaurant industry as it can be deceiving.... It still has gluten. Just make it gluten free or normal

Worse service ever.

Placed order on Talabat. They called me after ONE Hour just to mention that they don’t have the Pizza and just cancelled the order.

After alot of complaint, they said they will send a free Pizza but they never sent!!

I usually like their pizza , however today what I ordered for AED100 it’s not wow at all .
I ordered gluten free , double artichoke,buffalo mozarrllo !
Original pizza is artichoke turkey hum.
I got usual artichoke ham pizza , this time ham was cut huge not normal
, I didn’t see any extra artichoke even though I paid for it , buffalo mozzarella it was most funniest part ,as it was normal mozzarella from market ????????????
I paid AED100 for just pizza I want , better to go restaurant at lest my desires will be completed
