We have raised our concern regarding the ceiling molds in the building corridor a few weeks ago and until now there is no action regarding this.
A few months back we have notice that there are some days that the air condition is not working in the corridors and so it was humid and the floor is moist/sticky. I guess their negligence to fix this problem immediately has resulted to further issues to arise such as growth of molds. We have noticed also that the molds are not only in our floor but also in other floors.
Although the customer service are quick to answer to our calls and emails, which means they are aware or made aware with the problems however their building management is very poor in taking actions.
Ceiling molds are not only unsightly but also unhealthy. I hope they know that this needs to be dealt with especially if it is concerning the health of the people coming in and out of the building.
*The buckets in the photo has been there for over 6 months now.

You send an email to request your bill and you are lucky if you do receive an email back at all or if they call you back
They transfer your call and nobody is answering or does not go back to reception

Honestly, we have a very terrible experience with this company. Specially the Security which is really rude and he taking things personally. Also, there is an employee name Genalyn which I am not sure exactly if she knows her responsibilities, she doesn't know how to communicate as a customer service personnel. She pretends she knows everything. When we move out, a lot of problems, billing and all other unnecessary stuff.
But I am really thankful for Ingrid Cabral she spent time to explain the Chiller Bill and all other details.
