Highly recommend this for home use items like fridges, tv, ac's, coffee machines, washing machines, water dispensor, dryers, kettles, irons, shavers, and other mixed use items.

Lots of options to choose from and at all budgets.

Staff behaviour including manager with customers are worst . I suggest dont go this shop. Managers interest is eady to close the shop. I suggest shop owner kick out of this staff in first prioroty. I want to give zero star

So I recently purchased a Supergeneral fridge from this outlet, customer service was excellent but after service i took issue with,

1 they charge you for the delivery ???? service.

Then if thats not enough they send a delivery guy who has no knowledge about the product,when they come to your flat they call and ask you to cone down stairs at the lobby to receive your item.

was extremely Disappointed and told them if they cannot deliver in my house to take the item back. They ended bringing the item dumping it in the corridor and leaving.

No customer should have to face this. I need an apology for this and customers be aware so that you dont face the same.

A zero customer support outlet store, a zero after sale support, and expect to deal with uneducated unprofessional staff, very bad experience please avoid by all costs and try to find the official dealers of the brand or the appliance you need to buy, it will be cheaper and you will have a much better support.
