Friendly staff and the building looks amazing. All the good fast food chains are on the ground floor as well and they have a store as well. Only issue I see is the lifts are always busy and crowded in office hours.

The lifts are a nightmare. Expect to be in one for 20minutes (no kidding) as you get a free tour of all the floors as tenants carelessly press both the up and down directions seemingly out of frustration thereby forcing the lifts to stop at every floor. Icing on the cake is if u work in the higher floors !!!
Alternative is to take the stairs but the building is 44 stories tall !!
The building management can assist by
1) providing separate elevators for service and cleaning folks
2) ensuring lifts don't stop at all floors. Maybe split by stories . Ie one set of lifts from 1-20 and another from 20-44.
3) if lifts are full (ie ٪ of overall safety weight) then they should be programmed to not stop at any more floors . Else you have 8 people coming down from the 40th floor stopping at 39 floors on the way down. Incredible !!
4) please convert to smart lifts. Ie lifts are allocated at entrance to certain floors once the floor is chosen at the reception.

One of the busiest tower so nice parking areas and restaurants walkable distance to metro and bustop

Sat on western lawns with a flask of coffee looking out to sea while little one was running around mad and the big wheel behind us

I am in the ritz apartments and we can not fault it i would give it ten stars so clean the apartment has every thing you would need and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful i will be booking another stay there no other hotels for us we are so happy here

This is a great place for all sports and for everyone. Very clean and much looked after, beautiful just to seat and relax or read a book... The view of our Pier from here is fantastic.
