don't go with posta plus. very bad experience with the company. i am facing problem form last 7 to 8 days. but there is no solution. once they receive money. there is no support from their side. i am going to file report regarding this company.

Extremely unprofessional delivery service.
They will not give you a timeframe for delivery instead they will just inform you that your package will be delivered “anytime today”
Delivery drivers will not deliver your package. “Contact Us” section on their site doesn’t work. I’m going to pick my order up myself.

don’t even deserve any star they are below rating, 0% customer care, 0% time respect, 0 % in many areas, telling the customer that they will call back within 2 minutes but no calling at all, its a way of them to hang up on you

So the visionaries at Posta Plus management, decided it is not enough making life miserable for the customers of the UAE, so they decided to expand and ship to the neighboring countries. The professionals at PostaPlus switched the tag from my parcel to another parcel and it ended up with someone else. Another parcel of another person came into my possession. Please send your employees to the local school, to refresh their memories on basic reading.

Horrible, horrible company.
Package wasn`t delivered and through the phone they insist that I received in hands that time I even wasn`t at home.
In fact it was stolen

Stay away from their mybox service, used them twice, first time they took 3 months to deliver the package, after a year thought I would try it again and this time they said they have issues with liquids and perfumes and have held the package for a month without any updates.. pay a bit more and use the reputable ones for a peace of mind..

Worst frustrating service! Shipment held in customs for over a month and no one cares to give me a proper update, provide an ETA or even respond from MyBox team. Customer Service team are not providing any support either. Not sure anymore if I will ever receive my shipment.
