I've been to thousands of high fashion clothing stores in my life, but never was I helped so well as Temurbek helped me. He was very patient, had great suggestions, was not annoying like all other sales people, and was extremely helpful. Very impressive service by him.

Wow It's really an amazing interior with it green color tone makes a very luxury feel this showroom. And the lightings looks so good.????

-This is not a complain, it is only a report-

When I finished Tom Ford shop tour, I found Prada on my way so I thought I can walk in to ask about a gift (men belt), so Prada was not on my list to visit and I wish I did not! While nothing wrong happened during the visit, but I did not feel comfortable nor welcomed at all -usually I am very easy customer to please and not demanding at all!-. They lady who attended my request was ok but not even a single smile or even any customer service attitude!

Even on my way to exit, I passed by two staff, none of them even smile or said thank you. Not that I am requesting them to thank me for visiting the store, but you know when you enter any shop in UAE, usually you are greeted very well. I hope they work more on the customer service training and create more welcoming atmosphere than what I felt.

Still I appreciate the time the lady took to explain to me about the products.

Wish you good luck in the future. I hope my next visit will be a better experience and get to change this review accordingly.

It’s one of the stores with the worst customer service ever. I had given my shoes to replace the insole and not only it took more than 6 months but no one ever bothered to even call and update. Also the outcome was much worse than the original. Even if they charged I wouldn’t mind. But this is my second bitter experience with this same store.

I bought a Prada shoes from MOE. I am writing this to specifically appreciate and thank the staff at that shop especially Mr. Asaad, although his physical health doesn’t help him to run to fulfill the customer’s request, but when we asked him for anything he was running and sweating to make us happy and give us what we asked. He is a star

Its the first time to hear system is down for 3 days in a luxury brand boutique like prada!! Really ?!! In mall of emirates branch !!! Very shocked of that unprofessional attitude and way in dealing with customers!!!! Its better to close this branch if the system is not working , or teach the staff how to be professional simply like gucci or dior or even like their colleagues in Dubai mall branch !!

The shop assistant was following us within the shop once we walked in. This felt awkward and inconvenient. We did not buy anything therefore.

Nice forest walks , not much signposting so difficult to find your way round but car park is large and plenty of different routes to walk.
