The private security who works on day shift in Prakash trading accommodation Al Quoz is very rude and he don't know to interact with people properly
Its a humble request kindly keep good security for your permisess

Closed the bridge door way before 7pm, so couldn't gain access once crossed the bridge.

Had to wait for someone to come out of the flats to let us in. Terrible. Either that to walk around and try to find an alternative entrance.

Convenient locarion for car park.

My experience at this car park was superb. I found James, the Manager very helpful when I couldn’t find my ticket. It’s very close to the centre of Croydon and reasonably priced. I will be using it more often.

Use this car park for work and it all started off pretty well, about a year in the place has deteriorated as you can see in the pics, lifts not working, “wet paint” all over and they’ve been returning for months now.

Also my car was hit whilst being parked and when I requested they send me or check CCTV they refused to do it saying only the police or insurance can request it. Had to fork out £400 on repairs

Will still use but they need to sort their act out.

Staff on site are pretty helpful though

I go to Nuffield health gym in Croydon town and I frequently use the car park. James the manager is always pleasant and gives great customer service. Watson is lovely we always have a nice chat.

Good number of spaces when I went on a Sunday. Cost seems average. Difficult to find the pedestrian entrance

It's a car park, so not sure of how to rate on a scale....but way better than the other multi story car parks in central Croydon...it just works.

Cleanest and safest car park in Croydon. No nasty smell. Fairly more secure than other car parks in Croydon. Staff are very efficient and helpful when the ticket machine was playing up.
My car got clipped by a driver parked next to me. I wish CCTV caught the culprit!
