Driver was a lvly guy helped me with getting the shopping in and out of the car I've stopped using this form on a wknd I found them to unreliable

Did not like the service today driver parked at westbourne house so I had to carry three heavy bags instead of parking near the pavement I had to walk across the wet muddy grass when he could have came closer

Both drivers The one taking me there and a different one to bring me home were very professional, friendly and helpful

The taxia are always on time, the drivers friendly. All good. The automated booking service however is not. I don't trust, it stands between me and quickly booking a car.
