Made an order 3 days back. But no response after that from seller. No email confirmation no sms no delivery. On calling the phone number was informed they will check, but nothing recd after that. It doesn’t seem to be a working ecom site. Better to avoid

Don’t waste your time or money, after making the order they have informed me that my item will ship next day, next day came no one called,I had to call and follow through, they told me that it will Be delivered afternoon to evening, evening came nothing was delivered and no one called so I called back, no one answered, I called again they said someone will call you and nobody did.

They are extremely unprofessional, they don’t answer the phone or reply to your messages after you place your order. STAY AWAY FOR YOU OWN GOOD

Superb experience. Wanted a game urgently and they managed to deliver within 24 hours without charging extra. They went of out of their way to have the game delivered. And not to mention the price is pretty low compared to other sites. Highly recommended!!

I ordered PS5 through their website, payment has been done from my side but an error occurred I don't know why. Amount was then deducted from my account and kept on hold and not received by them.
I tried to solve this with them and they said its my banks problem, but my bank confirmed that this is a problem from the seller's side.
Pressonx said that it is suspected fraud, my bank said if the bank system suspected any fraud they will not process the payment at all.

Anyway I think their website is insecure, and due to this I have to wait for 15 days to get money back from my bank.

**Edit: To reply to their response that there is no order by my name, I attach the order number which is showing in my account in the website.
So If there is no order then this confirms that the website has serious issues.

Amazing service. Right before Christmas I got fully kitted ps5 in a day !! Would recommend it especially as Europe has issues with stock !
