Having identified a potential apartment, I left a message on the website, amazingly this was responded too immediately and within a few hours, I had met Anna who introduced me to the owner…. All was agreed swiftly for an amazing apartment and the relationship between Anna and the owner was clear and one of respect… following this Anna then sorted all documents and within 30 hours of me reaching out, the cheques were paid and everyone was happy. I’ve been here for 14 years and this is without question the best service I’ve experienced. If you want customer centric service…. I could not recommend this company more positively and if you get represented by Anna then all will be well…. No stress in this process just slick and professional with strong and positive support and interaction.

Title: Negative Experience

Rating: ⭐

I recently had a disappointing experience with Prestige Luxury Real Estate.

The unprofessional behavior and lack of expertise demonstrated by Agent Suzie were disappointed.

It is concerning that Prestige Luxury Real Estate denied to my personal agent who was working on my seeking of apartment to rent 6 months before the rightful commission. Such a decision reflects poorly on the company's commitment to fair and ethical practices.

I hope that Prestige Luxury Real Estate takes immediate action to rectify this situation, to continue keeping its integrity and to maintain its reputation in the market.

This experience has greatly impacted my trust and confidence in this company's services. I urge the company to address this matter promptly and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Charlie at Prestige Luxury Real Estate has been extremely helpful and friendly. He understood our requirements from the get go and gave us support as a friend rather than our agent. Being new to the UAE, we had a lot of questions and Charlie patiently heard all of them and helped us throughout the process.

We would highly recommend working with him as he goes out of his way to help customers :)

I have very good experience with Prestige Real Estate, their agent Ilyass Slah is amazing professional who rented all my property for the good price and in the short time period. He was dealing with my units only, stayed focused and explained me that we should value our property to get the best return on investment. He knows all the laws and regulations here in UAE which keeps it safe to work with Prestige Luxury Real Eastate. I had some negative experience from before, so can really see the difference. If you give your units to Ilyass, he will help you to get the bigger profit ???? Also he is very friendly and positive person who spreads the positive vibes only. We had been apartment hunting since quite some time, and were able to zero on just the right home with Charlie’s help. He was quick to share and reshare details of units based on the requirements we kept sharing with him, and made sure the units he proposed aligned with our pre requisites.

We were just out of a terrible agency experience. But once we got in touch with Charlie, we were able to quickly close our desired property. He was extremely efficient throughout the finalization, contract signing and even for some queries from our end post that. He was very very approachable and responded quickly to any call or message from us. Highly recommend Charlie ! Kudos to him.. :)

Extremely frustrating experience. they bend over backwards to get you to sign the lease. After that, they put someone with no communication skills to manage the relationship u003d huge fail, wont deal with this company again and advise others not to either. the whole lease has been a pain.

update on this:
6 days after writing the above review, they still have not contacted me to refund my security deposit. what a painful experience it has been. stay away unless you love drama and migraines
