The staff here are excellent. Dropped in around 4.30am and warm bright driendky and kind staff are here doing a great job all of them do so well. The team here make a difference.

The Pret product is what it is and done well. So the big difference is the staff - here they are great.

Quick and easy place for a coffee. Price similar to other outlets in terminal. AED19 for a flat white. It was fine.

I like this little grab-and-go store. I had a short layover a month ago, and had an almond croissant ($4.50), which was warm, soft and fresh. I love immune booster drinks, so couldn't pass up this Sunny Dayz drink ($6) with Cayenne, Ginger and Turmeric. Staff was friendly, and let me know that the drink was spicy. I've been to this quaint store twice on Terminal 3, and have not been disappointed.

was super hungry as i was waiting for my flight back home so i grabbed a quick egg sandwich at PRET. The food was pretty good but the coffee was just okay. Really good service though!

The coffee was weak and tasted like a supermarket sachet added to UHT milk. And it cost more than I've ever spent for a coffee in my life: 19 AED for a 12oz (small) cup. Feeling very ripped off.

On a brief stop over at Dubai (Terminal-3)on my way to Heathrow happened to have filter coffee, chocolate chunk coffee, double chocolate cookie, and their sandwich with Italian mozarella, roasted red bell power, pine nuts. The sandwich was exceptional and whole heartedly recommend this place for a small stop over.

The staffs at the counter were all friendly.

Great customer service. Early in the morning but all employees served efficiently and with the smile. It was a pleasure to dine there. Thank you.
