To find the right service for your car in Dubai is a blessing. Prime Auto has the best staff, honest work, clear English speaking employees. They didn't recommended unnecessary things. Charged the fair price, and has proven to one more client that their reputation is well deserved.

I now understand why is Prime Auto is so highly recommend.
Work is great and professional.
Rates are fair and reasonable.
Did not do any unneeded guess work on my FJ Cruiser nor charged me for what my car did not need.
Very unique office and work area.
Very communicable group of guys from owner to manager to technicians.
???? Even received a satisfaction assurance check few weeks after I picked up my ride.
I believe that says it all about Prime Auto.

By a Google search I found this small size garage with the highest satisfactory service results I got from any car repair shop in Dubai. This place will give you the vibe of a European or an American garage, definatly a high class operation. By talking to the only American garage manager i met in UAE, i couldn't believe that i was understanding him and his team English. If you understand the specifics of the issues then you can rest assured that your car troubles are going to be history, I took my Landcruiser there for major service and a makeover. Prime Auto did more of restoration job on it also instead of adding more items to my list of concerns as most garages here do, they actually narowed it down, removing few items as it really wasn't needed making my overall cost less. The pickup and drop off service is a huge convenient plus. Best of all I didn't have to file bankruptcy with misguided results and waisted money as I have been accustomed to here in Dubai.
Go to Prime Auto if you like to relief you car stress without getting cheated.

This is theeeee best garage I ever been to in UAE ever. In my over 14 years I never experienced such pleasant treatment from management to mechanics. I can clearly understand the issues of my car problems, the necessary steps to rectify it. Reasonable prices and honest work. Managed to fix my Range Rover for less than half of the agency has quoted me. Keep up the good work guys

They are good at what they are doing.
Prices are reasonable. Repair is fast and good.
Responsive and having a good team over-all.
My BMW was fixed there and on given time.

They also have free pickup service of your car.

After a dire search of a garage in Eid holiday i found a real hard working group of guys in Prime Auto who took care of my car on the spot without overcharging. Efficient & proffissional most importantly, very reasonable
