Very bad service ????not welcoming staff, over attitude , focusing on big projects only.

First of all , as per uae law you are not allowed to call me on my private mobile to blame me after posting a negative review on your Google account.
Second point, your establishment was not mentioning that you are closed, the team is working , door is not locked ..and if you don't want to be disturbed you can apologise before accepting any new order.
3rd point , I came for a paid printing service not HELP or favour , so please don't pretend you are helping people.( I wanted to print the maximum nbr of my existing logo black and white on A3 paper, according to ready-made printing setting template) if you consider that work hard to do ,meaning you are not qualified for this business.
For your reference, I know how to respect my clients , BIG projects or small projects

Very rude and unwelcoming reception, Instead of offering a warm welcome, she barely looked up from her computer screen. Disappointing.
