3rd day and card machine is not working?
Or want cash not to pay card transaction fee and business income?
Not very convenient, table are not clean for you to seat, no one cleaning.

Awesome cupcakes...beautiful cupcakes...beautiful view of the dubai aquarium...awesome service...you can eat those cupcakes again and again and still want to eat them the next time you see them...it's a must try if you visit the dubai mall..

Very poor customer service by the Filipino lady who served us. First of all the Filipino guy was giving the cupcake in my hand when I said I’m going to have it here. And then the lady who brought it to me, had a very grouchy face and served me without speaking a word! Not happy having the yummy cupcakes!

I have a smile account.they clearly mention if I buy one the the other is complementary. Their staff refuses to give me the compliment one ...if u r using smiles app...it is clearly mentioned...they dont entertain any app deals...bad customer service

The topping design were cool and attractive for kids but the cream used were not of good quality and taste. And the cakes too were very sugary.
