I do not recommend to purchase any electronics from these guys. Got a faulty item delivered from the Amazon. Even though the package mentions "2 years exchangeable warranty", the Promate office in Dubai refused to provide a replacement and suggested to "contact amazon", which unfortunately is not possible for me due to circumstances.

In short:
Bad quality of products
Absolutely no customer service center (you literally have to call their warehouse)
Deceive in terms of warranty policy
No assistance on the issue

Promate price is hiked by 25% last month which is really disappointed :-(
Promate was worth for money earlier & it was durable
