Agency perspective: Varification team taking so much time to verify and finally simply rejecting by silly reasons, new portal is not good and user friendly. Can't filter, can't preview listing. You need to be more efficiant

Its very unfortunate that we re stock with the unprofessional application to buy or sell properties in uae as the most know website. Soooo much technical issues and most expensive. When its coming to take money they come to your office door but there duty hhhhh you can wait for it you will get nothing and waste lots of time and energy ???????????????? dont understand why Landdepartment doesn’t put restrict observation for them

Property Finder used to be a trusted source for us. Having been in Dubai for 20 years we have used you often. However things have changed drastically -
The properties listed are never available

The agents on your APP - The quality, service and attentiveness has dropped below par. I believe that these agents and properties need to be verified more carefully.

Property Finder is a platform with a lot of technical issues. Been trying for a month to do listings different other things and it’s not at all as promised.
The team is also unprofessional and not helpful at all. They just sell the platform to you and then they don’t care.
Don’t recommend!

Having serious issues contacting agents. I've spent about 3 months trying to view different properties and no one ever calls back.

I was told today by a call centre person that everyone is probably on holiday and did I need help with anything else.

Im writing a review from a Real Estate agency perspective. It's really annoying how unreasonable their verification team is on reviewing the listing verifications. Every time we resend for verification, they will send another reason for rejection. You could just send all reasons in one time and not waste our time resending multiple times. Also, they will reject verification of listings that were previously verified, it was expired because of the duration. How come it was verified before and now you are rejecting in when it's the exact same information?! So ridiculous. There are a lot of fake listings that are easily getting published but us, doing legitimate work are getting all these unnecessary rejections. We are paying so much to be in this kind of inconvenience. Might as well just switch to other listing platforms.

I had the worst experience with them, their agents are a big scam , they mislead and mis communicate and won’t provide the services they commit. upon asking for the refund he starting threatening me. it’s so unprofessional and frustrating

This website is an absolute must have if you are looking for property in the UAE. The WhatsApp feature makes it really easy to contact the real estate agents to visit apartments quickly. Love the new android app too.
