I have been a resident at Pullman City Centre Residences for more than 3 months. During this period the staff and amenities of the place have been simply fabulous. Roxana and Muhammad in the reservations area have been very helpful and supportive to make mine and my family’s stay here very comfortable and made us feel at home. Additionally, I was a regular visitor to the gymnasium where I was trained by Michael Garcia (I call him Michael the Superman) who was simply great in adding to my fitness and strength. Elsie and Mayuree at the gym were very courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend this place to people who are considering staying here for short to long duration. I also recommend Michael as a trainer in the gym for anyone looking to be fit and strong.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. VERY convenient location with direct access to a fantastic mall; which in turn has access to the metro. Prompt service especially as far as house keeping goes. The breakfast spread was phenomenal! The rooms are basic but comfortable with all necessities.

Donna is amazing! She was very accommodating to us and was eager to help. She offered to give us connecting room as my sister and her husband was also with us. She made us feel so welcome and she’s very pleasing to deal with.
Kim in executive lounge is also great, she assisted us and was so attentive to our request.
Bernard of housekeeping was also very helpful.
If there’s anybody to promote for a higher position, Donna, Kim and Bernard should be the 1st to be promoted as they exceed the customer satisfaction and was happy to give an extra mile to your valued guest. They are all an asset to Pullman Creek Hotel and they are exemplary staff. Kudos and thank you Donna, Kim and Bernard for making our stay at Pullman a truly pleasing experience.

Great service. I had half board this time and it was every evening a wide choice and excellent offer.
If I compare with other hotels, it's definitely one of the best half board service you could find.

Allow me to mention Amjad for his kind and very caretaking service - this was the special extra to feel welcome.

It was my first time at the Pullman hotel brand and I must confess I had high expectations which were not met. My full disclosure is that I'm trying to achieve Gold status with Accor Hotels and I'm accustomed to excellent service with the Marriott brand based on my status.
Let's begin with the breakfast, lots of choices but it would be nice to have a meat curry, which one would find at Le Meridien, Marriott and Four points.
My welcome drink - Johnnie Walker Red label is the option for scotch - you should be ashamed to be offering that for your whisky to your loyalty customers.
Executive lounge - one hot product and snack - The spread at the Executive lounge at the Pullman compared to the Marriott brands in Dubai makes this lounge absolutely inferior and quite disappointing. Offering one red and white wine just in shock.
Room - the room was clean and nice.

I love the location of this hotel. There’s a direct access going to the Deira City Centre. My room is spacious and the people are so hospitable. Would definitely spend another weekend here at I absolutely will recommend it to my friends.

Stayed for 4 days. Although the hotel was full, Motaz at the front desk went out of the way to accommodate my request to provide interconnecting rooms. It was a very nice and courteous gesture by him.
Hotel location is excellent and lots of restaurants and shopping around deira area.

I personally liked staying at this hotel. The service is really good. Motaz is good guy we always come to him . He is very helpful and gives the best service. Highly recommended! Moreover, Amjad and Iqbal at the restaurant gives the best service and are highly professional and friendly ! Quick and great service by both of them.
