We had an awesome annual staff party at Pullman Downtown! The management was generous enough to host our party and having it at the location was a tremendous success!! The food was amazing! They have displayed an array of spread for a multi-cultural team like ours! Location is also amazing!

Had an awesome week stay at the Pullman! Check-in was fast, the trainee Lucas was particularly friendly. Rooms are spacious & well-equipped. The cafe & restaurant downstairs is always busy for a reason.
Location is perfect, Business Bay Area 5 min taxi ride to Dubai Mall. Recommend!

Breakfasts were my most favourite thing to do here ???????? the chef Me. shiv khurram had been really nice , friendly and flexible all the time with the kids menu too..
not only him every body has been so friendly and positive.. loved the experience

Good location of the hotel.
The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are very well equipped and clean.
Both restaurants are very tasty and recommended.
The breakfast is varied and extensive.
We were served by the best waiter Anwar, he has fulfilled all our wishes.

We had come for +2 weeks on vacation. The experience at the Pullman hotel was great! The staff is very welcoming & smiling.
We had regular interactions with Agnes, Christina and Micheal. They were very helpful (we were with a baby) throughout our journey. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

Great hotel. Service was exceptional. Shout outs to Snow, Anwar, Ann, and the manager for being very helpful and accommodating. All staff have been really good. Hotel itself is really nice and comfortable. Facilities are clean and modern.
The buffet breakfast has amazing food. Although 3rd day of breakfast quality dropped a bit.
Location is close to Dubai mall although the infrastructure in Dubai is so upscaled it feels a while away to public transport. It would be 15 minute walk to the mall or train station so in summer it is a bit far to walk with kids. However taxis are always available.

I liked my stay at Pullman Dubai Downtown. The rooms are clean as expected from a hotel like Pullman. The guest services are welcoming. I was treated to a level of luxury and personalized service that surpassed all expectations. The Executive Lounge at Pullman Hotel Downtown Dubai truly elevated my stay to new heights. The impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and remarkable attention to detail made it a standout experience and the service of Miss Sayma, I believe that's what her name is; was exceptional.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai.

Great food, really nice ambiance and just an overall great place to dine in and catch up with people. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. Also, they’ve got really nice steak options.
