The best garage for Insurance claims in Dubai, Highly recommended Punjab Garage umm e Ramool for Qatar Insurance Claims.

Hat’s off to Mr. Azeem and team, I’ve sent the car via recovery and got the car on Promised day with an excellent job.
Paint, dents, lights they have done AMAZING work.
Attached pictures and video for the ref too.

Good service & lovely friendly staff.
work was carried out to high standard and very quick to fix my Mazda with adoptable prices.

Excellent experience. Specifically Mr Uzair. He is such a humble and professional person. He helped me in my insurance claim to repair my Mazda 3. Update me with status and responsed in time. It is very hard to get that type of services in local garages. Appreciated and very satisfied.

the worst garage ever dont deal with them i gave them the car they scratched the doors also i asked them to keep the white headlights one of the owners told me it wasnt there when i deliverd car to garage after i showed him the pic of the light his brother told me it isn't working they r not professionals at all keep away from this garage

Had an accident and the rear bumper was damaged, qatar insurance sent me to this garage and they did a very bad paint job with many imperfections in the paint work where drops of paint were visible on the bumper and dust was caught in the paint. They polished the bumper for me on the spot to send me away. Worst paint job i had.

This is the best car service I have received so far. Mr Tariq was very patient and assured us the work will be done within 2 days. As promised the car side light repaired and paint
work done very well, extremely happy with the work done .

Very bad customer service. Staff attitude towards me as a customer is not good and acting like owner. Good staff is on vacation so there is no one to talked to professionally. They called me at 12:40pm to get my car at 1pm because they have breaktime from 1pm to 3pm or else come 3pm. How come? like how can I make it within just 20min to get my car. They should at least give 1 hour to get the customer car. They are just playing and joking and the're making their customer like crazy. Its useless your car in garage 1 to 3pm already done but you cant get it. Customer asking favor but they are not considerate.
