The recent visit wasn't so great. I had to explain I wanted melons not watermelon and the person taking the order almost ordered watermelon! And the sandwich came not spicy.

They are rotten food items.frying and reselling rotten items unfortunately my children eat them.I insist to check 10 times before buying from them and 20 times before giving their food to children

We ordered a chicken bucket at 8:00 pm, in between 8 to 9:30 they didn't deliver our food, when i called them at 9:30 pm, they said that they are going to make our food at 9:30 pm. We're disappointed, we just cancelled that, worst service.

Their service was bad. I had ordered for the first time, after speaking for 30 minutes, the order was delivered at 1.30 and the attitude of their delivery person was bad.When I asked the reason for coming late, he said to take the order, otherwise return it, I don't care

Average place for budget food. Don't expect anything special or fancy here. Food is ok, so many varieties and juices. Portions are slightly below average. Nice & humble staff.

Awful customer service...Their staff even dont know how to handle customers and speak basic words.If food delivery delays more than 1hour even they dont say even sorry about it.I hope they will improve it and retrain their staff in a proper way.Thank you!

This is a cafe, not a fancy restaurant. So don't expect 5* service or ambience.
You're paying AED20 for charcoal - grilled chicken and expect heaven and earth - some reviewers need to get their head straight.

Their green chilli grilled chicken is a must try. Value for money and good food. Saffron Karak tea (photo) superb ????????

Food is good as their traffic is high. Located as part of the petrol station along the 311 highway. If you're coming back from Jebel Ali to Dubailand, this is great pit stop for good food, reasonably priced, served by good people. They're generous and friendly.
