Huge beaches nice waters very clean! Is very quiet but great for walks, sports and swimming. (Is kind of difficult to find shops around so bring water and fruits with you.

If you’re looking for a great time out with family, it’s definitely a place to be at. You will get a chance to look at well build infrastructure as well as calm and peaceful walk along side the canal. Must visit place once in a blue moon.

Best place for morning run and evening walk... If your long runner then you can reach Beach too using water canal...

It’s a great place to be already. Lovely 5km walk from beach to Business Bay. Clearly loads still to develop but the 3 bridges are great and the water gate is worth a look too. Great views of the city.
