When ordering, I picked 4-5 pm delivery time, the order arrived 1h 40 min late!
The driver came without a card machine despite me choosing “card on delivery” payment method. Luckily I managed to find enough cash to pay for the order.
Also, some of the items from the order were just canceled and not delivered (due to unavailability I guess), I would expect someone to contact me and offer a replacement instead of cancelling.

I chose the option of card payment at delivery during checkout.
The delivery agent said he cannot accept card as this should have been informed earlier.
I literally chose the option saying card payment, so how can he say that!
Products are good and delivered fresh. Should fix how their team delivers the product.

But there is the only action I wasn’t expected that they didn’t except card machine payment even when I had chosen it as payment method, so I paid it by cash. They need to fix the website for the payment thing; so the people they will not be depending on card machine payment because sometimes if you don’t have cash, you will be both in trouble, so to avoid embarrassments at least the delivery man should tell the customer to prepare cash.

Recieved the 10 kg acai which looked like melted and refrozen, its supposed to be a type that you can scoop but because of the storing issue it was like ice. When I contact them to to arrange an exchange their excuses was to contact delivero (although the delivery was done by quality food) delivero is trying to contact them but they are not responding, a month later and this is not resolved.
Thank you (not so ) quality food
