Had a pleasant meal here, table of ten.
Ordered separately at the bar so food came intermittently, so not a surprise.
Though they didn't quite get the right plates to the right people - don't know if numbers on receipts to make sure this happens correctly. Just brought plated round, and ask if it's yours. Helps if we know what we ordered too.
Staff were pleasant though, and helpful.
Had menus for gluten free and help for allergy advice.
The weather was good so it was nice to be able to sit in a garden after eating.
Food is of a typical chain pub, good value, cooked right and certainly good eating, and good value.
Will come again.

Great meal greatly improved from over a yr ago assume new chef and management. Surprisingly fantastic . Had family over grandchildren etc. Will be booking again soon for my wife and I. Manager sorted out a nice table ..impressed. 4adults 2 children.

Went as a four and had previously booked a table. They couldn’t find our booking but got us a table (as their was space). The scampi and gammon were good however the chicken selection meal was very disappointing. The onion rings were not cooked and the smoky pulled chicken was incredibly spicy and to spicy for our table. This is more annoying as it was described as smoky and I was quite excited.

Friendly staff. Drinks are expensive, food is cheap. Coke was flat and the pinot wasn't great. Beer was good. Food was good, burger was tasty. Pudding wasn't anything special but it was okay. I have eaten out at a lot of places, so I have a lot to compare it to.

Fantastic pub, fantastic staff and fantastic food!! Everyone there is so friendly. We go there most Sundays for Sunday dinners and we’ve never had an issue!! The whole team are so accommodating and go to great lengths to make sure they are giving you the best quality of customer service!

Disappointing visit. Food was very underwhelming compared to other green king/ flaming grill restaurants. I ordered an “XL” meal with “a large portion of fries” the portion was no bigger than my child’s chicken nuggets and chips meal. And the Chicken itself was very tough (tasted like it had been sitting around most of the day and then warmed back up) I was waiting for a member of staff to pop over and ask how our meal was to discuss these issues, but that never happened despite the restaurant being fairly empty. I was under the impression that the wooden spoon in the condiment box was for the staff to collect to make sure the meal was ok but again this never happened. lots of burnt debris from the grill ended up on the plates, indicating to me the chefs lack of care.

UPDATE: company replied but not even an offer to make things right.. shocking customer services..

Food was not only brought to us in little over ten minutes, but was absolutely delicious ( and very reasonable prices). Staff were friendly and overall a great atmosphere.

Really lovely food! Kids ate everything, and the desserts were really yummy!
