I have made deep bikini wax on this salon. The master tried to remove my hair numerous times and as a result damaged the skin and islands of torn hair. The result - Damaged skin, islands of hair,which she haven’t even try to find solution how clean , solve situations.For the first time in my life I had to apply ice bug to soothe the pain. And this is experience will cost you 94.5 dirhams. When I commend my experience on the Pay station in very respectful way, reception lady respond you are the first one with such experience , we are all professional here .

Was on the hunt for a good nail salon and I think I found the one! I'm usually extremely picky when it comes to my nails and have to try several before finding the right place but this place was a great experience from the start. Was offered detox water with cold clean towel at arrival. Decided to do Gel Manicure & Pedicure. Great selection of colors to choose from. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed the massage chair as well. The Nail technicians were very sweet and made me feel welcome the entire time. It's now been a week since I went and my manicure & pedicure are holding up perfectly. Reasonable prices & convenient location. Very impressed overall. Thank you! u003c3

I had an amazing experience Hydracool Facial treatment at Queens Beauty lounge, all the staff are professional and friendly kudos to my therapist Dalia my facial therapist, she told me step by step process of my facial in detailed.

So I came to Queens beauty lounge on the Dubai Marina I asked if I could get my hair washed I was quoted 100 AED for it.
I asked my hair to be washed with shampoo only no conditioner and only once , I could smell that the shampoo wasn’t shampoo had a lemon zest to it only…to then go and see the supervisor and staff wash their hands with the shampoo right infront of my eyes twice!

When I questioned them on it on payment I was told that they wash they’re hands multiple times a day and so they use the shampoo to wash it as they wash it soo much.
The shampoo in this bottle was not shampoo it was infact hand wash!
I find this diabolical unethical and very inappropriate.
I actually feel very sad about my treatment here I let her say what she had to say and made the payment and left the salon.
I’m a healthcare professional from the UK and I’m far from naive or stupid but I think this was so out of order so I strongly recommend people to stay away from this place I hope this gets their attention and something is done about it to avoid this happening to anyone else
I feel extremely disappointed and felt it was important to share my story!

I got my hydracool facial done yesterday. I was really nervous at first how it would go. I was so satisfied and relaxed throughout the treatment, the lady was so professional and she was telling me each step what she was doing and what she was going to do.
The whole treatment was by far the best and I feel worth spending money on it even!
The best part was it was buy one get one free offer aswell, me and my friend both loved the service.

It’s a really smart, attractive beauty salon. I found all the therapists to be professional, pleasant and helpful. I was pleased with the customer service that I received for my treatments. I was very happy with the body and head massage and you can also relax with a magazine while you have your feet pampered. I’ll definitely be going back to Queens beauty lounge and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot wait for my next appointment ???? Thanks Queens beauty salon for the excellent level of service!

The girl who booked my appointment was very polite. I love this place and they have very reasonable prices everyone has always been very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.
The massages were very deep and well done. they also use warm towels on yours body which feels amazing i am impressed with their work i always leave feeling like i'm on a cloud after the massage, they have some really very good moves.
Its so reasonably priced here!! all the staff is very nice friendly and professional, its nice to find a place where you can take care of yourself i recommend this place to everyone.
