Very bad experience. Do not recommend this Hotel to any experienced traveller.
- room that i booked with sea view got a partial view
- When i came to breakfast venue, it was full so i got a recommendation to have a breakfast at a bar ((.
- After i went just to take a bread, on the way back my table was completely cleaned up (( so i had to get all the food back
- From 11am we've got calls to vacate the room (this is the first Hotel we were keep on reminding to leave the Hotel before the time).
- Mini bar was empty

A disappointing stay: unmet requirements
My experience was far from satisfactory. Despite confirming our requirements with the salesperson, the front desk failed to meet our expectations upon check-in . The subsequent interactions with the front desk manager only added to our frustration, as they claimed to have received no prior notification about our needs, despite us possessing a confirmation email from the reservation.

Initially, the hotel attempted to rectify the situation by offering us 2 rooms on the same floor (which didn’t work for us as we initially asked for an inter-connected rooms) and we were not happy with this then they offered us “upgrade” a two adjacent rooms but on the lowest floor directly above a noisy area music & disturbance were prevalent. The constant noise made it difficult to relax & enjoy our stay, undermining the tranquility we had hoped for.

Furthermore, the breakfast buffet options were considerably limited.

The hotel overall is lack of suitability for families. The facilities & amenities were nit child-friendly and the atmosphere didn’t cater to the needs of families with young children.

On a positive note, the hotel’s staff were friendly.

I would hesitate to recommend this hotel, particularly for families seeking a comfortable stay.

Really wonderful hotel. The view is so stunning, pity that we didn’t have enough time to chill on the beach. The staffs all so friendly! We also rented the luxury car, it was an amazing experience for us.

The cleanliness and modernity of the hotel were outstanding, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although we encountered some issues with our restaurant bookings during our stay, Anahita in the hotel restaurant was excellent and swiftly and professionally resolved it. She also ensured every member of the staff took care of us throughout our stay.

Amazing hotel! My fiancée and I absolutely loved it. Staff members are very helpful and nice. The location is great and the hotel is very close to a lot of attractions, restaurants and the beach. Definitely recommend.

It is for sure not a resort
and definitely not for families
there is no fun amenities in this hotel, no sauna nor jacuzzi. there is a tiny bar side pool less than meter deep, and there is an additional charge for the rooftop swimming pool .

The food is a disaster, the brunch dinner was one of the worst I have ever tried.
very cheap small selection and mediocre.
however the rooms was clean and staff was nice and helpful.
definitely not the level expected in Dubai palm.

I want to give a run down on this new hotel and be as honest as possible.

1. Great location, right outside the monorail, next to a supermarket, next to the beach front.
2. Rooms could have been a bit bigger especially the bathroom (water pressure needed to be better)
3. Staff all lovely and friendly, rooms cleaned every time we asked. They even left a beautiful towel art piece on our last night
4. Breakfast was one big reason I did not give 5 stars. Lack of options, not that tasty and really not worth getting up for. One thing I wish they’d change is allowing people to get their own hot drinks instead of waiting 10-15 minutes to flag someone down to get a hot drink
5. Didn’t realise this was a party hotel but the music at most times was too loud, especially at night and during the weekdays
6. The roof top bar was worth the price and had nice cocktails and food options. Staff very attentive and I can see why it was so popular

As this hotel is fairly new I did expect some issues and I’m hoping it will get better. But on the other hand it’s a chain hotel and they should have known better with certain aspects of the hotel. Otherwise a nice hotel, great views and service.

Beach is good, but sea is very hot at this period, it was July. There is a promenade for walking. Parking service and else. A lot of people at weekends in the pool.
Good service, but not the best. Very thin walls, hear all neighbors.
