Our Dubai trip turned out to be a memorable one for us! Thanks to Mr. Lloyd. We were lucky to have met him. Right from the day we checked in the hotel until we checked out he was very helpful. He guided us in ordering food, getting a taxi, briefing us about the sight seeing places etc. And especially when I fell sick he called several times to check if I was ok. We are very much indebted to Mr.Lloyd for being kind & caring & for making us feel at home! His commitment towards his job is commendable! We wish him all the very best!

Great place i have been working here for few days. everything standerd comparing with other hotel i worked in jumera. specially hygiene that everyone cares most. everyones are also calm and helpful no ego. washrooms are also well clean and maintain like guest's ones. food in cafeteria are also tasty unlike other hotel they provide food from catering. they actually treat employees like visitors. i came for temporary, wish i can work everyday.

The hotel has helpful staff who go the extra mile to make one's stay comfortable and cared for. The housekeeping staff, incredibly, were accommodating. Breakfast was sumptuous. Every team member (from the guard at the entrance to the porters I happen to pass in the corridor) has been constructive. Additionally, the room in which I am staying is lovely. The hotel rooms were quite spacious. The ambience and surroundings are good. The hotel is well-maintained in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The hotel is also well organized in service of anything. Staffs are genuinely courteous.…First time visiting Dubai and had a wonderful experience staying at the Radisson. We had a very spacious room with a balcony view of the Burj. Guest services was very attentive, everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming. They even had a barber shop in the lobby. Would highly recommend staying here, great location, cleanly(smells heavenly) and top tier service!

Family of 4 from Ireland ????????. Great hotel and service. We stayed in family room for 3 nights as a stop over to see Dubai before heading to Fujairah. Location great and very close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast fantastic

Our experience with the hotel was not good. We arrived very early because our flight landed early in the morning, and we had to wait in the lobby. We were very tired. It appears that our agency forgot to request an early check-in, or they simply disregarded it. But it was fair to presume that it wasn't anybody's fault. That's why I asked the guy from the lobby to assure us that we would enter the room at 3:00 PM. We were assured, but time was passing, and after 4:00 PM, we asked the staff why we couldn't check-in. They kept postponing until around 4:20 when they gave us a room. But when we entered the room, we were surprised to find a man already in there. They had overbooked us! The guest was okay with this and didn't get upset, but imagine what could have happened in other circumstances. We went to the lobby, explained the situation, and they told us to wait again. We waited for another hour until we got a room!!!

I then requested to speak with a supervisor, and he told me that the supervisor would contact me, which didn't happen. This experience damaged the whole experience. But there were at least two more requests from me that were also ignored. Too bad because the hotel is nice, but the staff was a disaster, especially because I just wanted an apology from the supervisor or to talk to another person so that I could explain. But they kept it under the rug...

Good hotel but one would expect a bit more from a 5-star hotel. Delivered food can not get to the room and must be collected from the lobby. Service in general is slow. I requested laundry for a shirt which had wine spilled on it. I was told they can totally clean it. They couldn’t clean it properly, which is fine, but they still charged me because they “tried their best”!

So I stayed here again since a friend has booked the hotel on a discount. I had to downgrade my review to one star from 3. Horrible by all means. A five star hotel with services and attitude that barely fits in the two star category. No matter how much discounts are offered, avoid at all costs.

The best (almost) economy hotel in the area. affordable price, brilliant service and good location. the suites are small but worth the price. ill surely come back and the only reason is the price.

Adel Tariq is an exceptional customer service staff at the hotel I’m staying at. From the moment I checked in, Adel was extremely welcoming and friendly. He is always available to answer any questions I have and provide helpful information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Adel is always quick to respond to any requests I have and he is very knowledgeable about the services offered by the hotel. He’s always willing to go out of his way to ensure that my stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Adel is also very patient and understanding when I have any issues or concerns. He’s always willing to listen to my needs and help me find the best solution to my problem.

Adel is a true asset to the hotel and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service. He is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Adel is a great example of what excellent customer service should be and I look forward to staying at the hotel again in the future.
