Like the last review , dont go there. I gave them 3 photos to frame , after 10 days on a Wednesday I phoned them and he said there has been delay and they will be ready to collect on Monday. I told him have a extra day and i will collect them on Tuesday. Went there today , the photos are still sitting on the desk getting dusty with no frames ! The man in the shop was unaware of the job. I called the owner or the manager so the staff and him could liase. Listening to them both was embarrassing, one was saying he has the frames the other couldn't find them , then he found two frames but they were the wrong ones. If this shop was a ship it would sink due to the lack of communication and inificiency. The staff in the shop , well the one guy that was working there was rude and totally useless. No customer skills at all , please save yourself a headache and go somewhere that will do the job correctly and in a timely manner, this is not the place .

It was the worst experience I had here in dubai. Don’t go there, work is terrible and when I asked them to get reimburse, they were bad faith and really rude. Never trust on this shop and never pay in advance.

very bad service and attitude. They frame! a piece of art and the painting was not in the middle, their execuse is they just frame it! they refused to fix it and they cut part of the edges of the painting to save wood and glass!

They ruined a work of art that took me weeks to complete! They preserved my painting in such poor conditions the colors fainted away, I'm so angry and sad from this experience, don't recommend hiring their services at all!

Had a nice visit at this shop....and they service are quick and easy.
I like they have so many collection og frames including wood metallic plastic and fiber.
Now i am there regular customer to get frame to my watercolour paintings.

A shout out to Rafi Framing. I needed a painting framing quickly - can’t believe their service - they Not only advised well, and quoted (very reason able) they came to my home collected, framed and delivered in two days. An Absolutely awesome service. Thank you Rafi. I’m a very happy customer and would Highly recommend.

The worse service ever and not eligible even for single star…. Long story short, they confirmed with us to collect the frame on Sunday morning 9:30Am. Came there in the evening 4:00PM after traveling from long distance, they told us the frame not ready and come Monday . The Philippine guy in the shop such a waste fellow and didn’t even bother about my order or Frame. Me being a customer he is arguing with me in bad manner . When I called his colleague Mr.Wasim Khan , he was totally disagreeing his commitment. Either I have to collect it on Monday or from Al Quoz Workshop.. I will not recommend this Shop as they are not following their commitment and not customer friendly.

I often need framing services due to my work in Art. I can safely say, I would 100% not go any wherebut Rafi frame & picture framing ever again. The gentleman in the store gave me plenty of options for framing and guided me to the best options to make the artwork look optimal. It is a great service from beginning to end (wrapping the artwork well so safely reaching the wall it will adorn) and they are fair priced too. Thank you very much. I will see you again!
