Nice and affordable trips. I have been to Abu Dhabi and on safari. I would highly recommend. The only thing I could complain about is the contact with the guide. There has been a mistake with booking a trip and we got moved for another day and nobody contacted us about it, but it happened only once.

If I could I'd give them 0 stars. We booked our trip a month before the actual date, nobody contacted us about the pickup place. The day before I managed to get a response, person I was thinking with told me that the driver would get us at 8 am from the hotel. The day came and nobody showed up, we couldn't contact the firm by any number on the list. Please save your time and money and do not book the tour there.

We had a wonderful time with Qasim. We saw the Grand Mosque, Palace, Place Hotel, dates market, and a local art gallery. Everyone treated us well and we’re very personable. He gave us a detailed history lesson on the UAE and how far the country has come. The discussion made the 1.5 hour drive seem like 30 minutes. At each stop Qasim spoke with each person to ensure we were taken care of. He was flexible with the time in order to not make us feel stressed or rushed. This let us focus on the experience and the sites. I would highly recommend Qasim for future trips.

If only I could give them 0 starts! The worst SCAM company ever! I hope one day it’ll be bankrupted and closed! I booked desert safari from tiqets. One day prior the tour I texted RAH tourism to confirm. The next day no one showed up, we had been waiting 1.5h in the lobby! No one replied our texts or calls! I asked my friend to contact them , and they replied him because it’s new number they thought he is a potential customer they can scam! They said the tour is scheduled for tomorrow! HOW COME?! I confirmed yesterday for today’s date and today they say it’s not for today!!!! When on the tickets it says today’s date! They want to fool people! Unreliable! Unprofessional and extremely rude!

The gentleman Qadeer that picked us up from the hotel was nice. However he couldn’t understand us and we couldn’t understand him. No one ever reached out to confirm. So the night b4 the tour I reached out. Also… this is JUST a ride to the Mosque! The driver didn’t know what time they opened he didn’t know where we walk in at. He had ZERO knowledge on any information that we needed. The day of pickup he said he’d arrive at 9am and I advised I booked for 8am. He also said I had a full day tour and I advised him I only booked for a half day tour. This company is EXTREMELY unorganized!!!! Once we found out where to enter we gave ourselves a tour. When I contacted the driver to let him know we were finished he advised that we had to wait 30 minutes on a new driver. I said absolutely NOT! So he proceeded to drive us and he goes to the gas station. We were so confused.. He took us to another driver. A family got out and we got in. Very unprofessional company! Go with Vioator Tours. They were much more organized and spoke English. Horrible experience. They need to advertise as a RIDE ONLY!

I recommend no one use this company.

We booked the tour through Viator.

The tour did not happen as per itinerary stated on the Viator website.

We booked a tour starting from the morning at roughly 7am. The driver messaged and said he was coming the next day but clarified he would come the right day.

We booked a morning safari and then a tour Hatta lake, lasting 6 hours in total. It said everything would be included in the cost except for lunch.

When the tour began, the driver did not communicate with us where we were going and just drove. We arrived at Hatta and he often just stood to the side smoking. We didn't have much context of what we were seeing. I asked when the morning safari would be and he stated it was in the afternoon, at 3pm. This to us was a shock. He said it only operated at night and included dinner and belly dancing. We did not book this at all as we didn't want to be out at night.

We chose a morning safari and this did not happen.

The tour guide did not engage with us much and often used his phone whilst he drove, making us two ladies uncomfortable.

He also said we needed to pay for extras (boating etc). Tickets to boat riding and camel riding etc are not included. He told me to contact the RAH Tourism when on the tour and they never replied to me about paying for kayaking.

It was a poorly operated tour. The driver isn't a guide. He showed us he only knew to take us to Hatta by the text on his phone from the supervisor at RAH tours. He appeared very tried and not engaged, slumping over the steering wheel. His English was very poor and he really only was a driver. If we had known it was only a driver we would not have booked this tour as we expected a tour guide to tell us history and information.

We subsequently didn't get to see the sand dunes we wanted to see in Dubai.

The tour company then didn't tell the truth to Viator about the tour and in the end we could only retrieve a 50% refund.

Our driver Qasim was great. Overall experience was a 2. Upon enterthe vehicle we confirmed with Qasim our custom itinerary as detailed in the Viator order. Several hours in, we were informed that the Lourve was closed. Tour ended 4 hours early. The blame lies with both RAH and Viator. I suggest just hiring a taxing ang going at it alone.

Major Aleem was awesome, very knowledgeable about the history Abu Dhabi and landmarks. The tour was fun and you had plenty of time to enjoy every stop.
