They are still charging AED.1.00 extra for card payment, even after the government declared a long time ago it's not allowed for any card payments at groceries, cafeteria or any other shop.

Nice little stop if your going to Afton reservoir, few picnic benches and a nice stop at the river.

A great little stop off point to stretch your legs. It’s a tiny, cute and well-maintained park/monument. No facilities of any kind. Covered in snowdrops in early Spring.

The walking group had a great 6 mile circular walk round new Cumnock. The countryside is beautiful. Also the history of Rabbie burns and the coal mining visited the memorial to the miners who lost there lives in 1950. A very good walk need boots
