The staff are very courteous and friendly, I have no issue with them. The biggest problem is the inconsistent opening dates and lack of pharmacists. You can't be sure when they will be open, the whole store closes when they have no pharmacist so you can't even buy over the counter stuff. There's no updates online when these closures happen, so you end up going there to pick up medications only to find they aren't open.
I like this place, but the inconsistency means I have to go to their competitor Boots over the road. I need my medications to live and inconsistency is worrying. Boots always have a pharmacist, so I have to use them.
I really hope this place fixes the problems.

Very helpful and friendly staff and a knowledgeable pharmacist who helped us with our issue even though we were on holiday.

Very helpful service in my hour of need! 4th pharmacy I went to today but the pharmacist here was the only one who accessed my records away from home and gave me the prescription I needed. Very friendly and professional too.
