This bank was good, but now worst - they close branches, remove cheque dropping box but they other bank counters staff not increased - CDM and ATM is not increased, instead of closed. Very poor staff - Staff are lazy people, bank doesn't know how to get a work from Customer staff, very poor management, all are outsource people are sitting - I think somebody in Bank took bad decision to close, very poor customers management, not bothered about customers, pathetic, I am customer of Rak Bank since 1996, but I have not seen such a low service from RAK Bank, once upon a time it was good bank.

Another funny thing is when customer is sitting and waiting holding ticket, staff without any any hesitation going to to take Breakfast or Lunch or smoking, poor customer has to wait hours together, Have you seen anywhere customer has to wait for his lunch time, Now a days Banking in UAE is horrible service to customer. If staff not interested to work for customer, better to terminate like private company doing

Cash and cheque deposit services are available here, easy access from cinema parking at P7.
