I use Sri Lankan bank - Nations Trust Bank master card for cash withdrawals in UAE and noted this ATM charged only LKR 50.00 as intermediary fee which is one third of the charge deducted by other ATM machines ( LKR 150) here in Dubai.
I can not comment on other nationalities, but certainly you are likely to save a Dirham whenever you use this machine for cash withdrawals. Expats leave a comment. Sri Lankans mark my word.

Always cannot deposite money in this atm machine. Becouse atm services are not good. Worst service from rak bank

This machine hardly work ever, you always have to visit 3 to 4 times just to make single deposit, machine sucks all the time!
