I had an outstanding customer service encounter at RAK Bank Dragon Mart's business banking branch, which was a refreshing departure from my previous experiences. Mr. Russel, an exceptional individual, truly embraced the value of supporting customers and fulfilling their needs, rather than seeking ways to dismiss or turn them away. Despite numerous reasons to reject my request, Mr. Russel chose to assist me instead. Although there were errors in the forms I had submitted, he went above and beyond by helping me fill out another form. Especially Sachin too much attitude without any reason Bad service bad staff not helpful at all. Better go ADCB. I’m closing my business account soon and I’m telling my friend and my brother company account too.
