Very poor hotel service, you need to pay for a daily bottle of watter!!! This is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.. The sports bar is really nice though, really amazing staff in pitchers bar.

Completely pointless staff, rude . Changing of towels are done only after asking 3 times. Rooms are not cleaned on daily basis.
Disappointed completely. Definitely not more than 1 star hotel!

Shuttle to the beach is too small!
Bed sheets are not changed for a while!
Cleaning is not done!
Breakfast is not good!
No welcome bottle of water.
If shorter - very poor service! Disapointed...

i have been coming to dubai for 10 years, many hotels i have seen the hotel is the worst i have seen. I have often complained when managing Senthil Kuar has not improved. Dirty bad service team Lustless.

Breakfast is very bad!!! You don’t have anything to eat and the food remains the same for 7 days that I stayed at this hotel!!! There are not dry foods at all even some dates which we see for the first time going for the seventh time being in Dubai!!!You need to please them to get an omelette which takes them around 10 minutes!!!

My client was happy to be at this place and we met our meeting schedule setup of people we met one on one due to keeping a safe distance mandatory. Overall good experience as first timer.
