I'm so happy that for my property needs, Range International Property Investment was the right choice. Although the process of buying a home might be intimidating, their entire team was excellent at every stage. My dealing with Range properties has been very smooth. They understood our requirement and got us a good deal in finding the place for my family. Rishika and team were very helpful and guided us well in our investment which has given us good appreciation and we are very thankful for this. Instead of going with multiple agency, I strongly recommend to go with Range properties for the peace of mind as they take care of everything and they have strong connections with multiple builders which gives us lot of options to choose from and Rishika helped us invest in right property. With so much of open options our there, you really need the right people who gives you right evaluation of your investment on long term, I think if you have to chose from multiple agency, whom you can trust then Range properties are the best bet.

If you want a used ford, I don't think you can do better. Great cars at average prices. Good trade in value on your second hand vehicle and in my experience, knowledgeable salesmen who are keen to help without pressuring you.

Great customer service from start to finish. Craig was extremely helpful listening to our needs and what we wanted. He even went above and beyond to help out our daughter in her hour of need.

Staff are friendly and fairly knowledgeable but I would say the test drive car was filthy inside and out despite booking test drive a week in advance and they knew the model I asked for. Parked so close to another car, passenger couldn’t get in. A 6 inch scratch to inside of passenger door when delivered. No callback from anyone to a query from 2 weeks ago.

The car itself is great with lots of great features.

Worst customer service, we purchased 3 trucks from Hendy, 2 out of the 3 have water leaks : oil leaks and transmission problems.
Hendy do you not care your paying £750 plus per month, to have your vehicle sat on thier drive way.

My truck has been with Hendy majority of the summer, Waiting for an oil seal that they cannot source apparently.

23 plate vehicle lasted less than 2 months! Hendy only response to the matter is it’s just one of those things!
The lack of care to you as a customer once you have spent the money at Hendy is unreal, you’ll be made to feel Important until the moment of purchase and each week the problem goes on, you’ll get the famous Hendy customer service line
“It’s just one of those things”

brand new truck came with a stress crack in windscreen, not interested to fix. Tail gate was so miss fitted to creaked so loudly upon opening, the rest of the vehicle leaks and this is the same for all 3 trucks purchased from Hendy! I then took one of the 23 plates back with a burning oil smell to be told we will have a look when we can! 7 week for the first available appointment
7 weeks of motorway driving leaking oil. Because they refuse to take responsibility for anything.
When we purchased the vehicle we where directly lied to about an electric roller shutter being fitted. We where told they cannot ne fitted after market, to then be told by the very technicians that fit the shutters this is totally incorrect information.
We where also advised by another technician the car had loose components on the vehicle meaning it was unfit for sale and the time of purchase.
Again we where promised by another staff we would have in writing that day why we where given and sold miss information! Yep that email never came! Suppose it’s just one of those things! AGAIN!

This is still
Ongoing and will be for a while, trading standards and the smmt are monitoring decisions closely and have finally agreed to help us get compensation for this awful experience and to stop the next customer being treated like this!

I’ve incurred costs of
£750 finance (per month unable to use vehicle)
£180 truck insurance (per month for it to sit on their driveway)
£159 holiday missed - sign written vehicle supplied unable to use on site at holiday refused entry.
£432 service for a truck they have yet to service and has been sat still for 4/6 weeks.

The list goes on! Zero apologies and zero care from the whole team!

They will still call me in 2/3 months without a fixed vehicle trying to charge me full price!

If I could post more I would! DO NOT USE HENDY FORD

Excellent experience purchasing my new car. The team were very responsive and were able to source the exact car I wanted within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry. Specifically dealt with Adam Sankey - very attentive and professional.
