This was my first experience using Rapido Garage and overall I have to say it was excellent. I was having problems with the head unit in my Mini Cooper for months, and receiving outrageous quotes from AGMC. It was a major headache. Behzod promised he would solve the issue at a reasonable price and he did just that. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and eventually replace the unit which now works perfectly. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and most importantly they are trustworthy. Highly recommend. If I have any problems arise in the future I will definitely return.

I would like to thank Nabeel and Rapido Garage for an amazing experience.

I went to them to enquire about some cosmetic upgrades on my BMW X5 (i.e. Paint, Wheels, Brake Calipers, Grill etc).

I was greeted by Nabeel, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the options available. He was very patient and educated me through the process and introduced me to the other members of the team.

He was very transparent and honest with the advice and provided recommendations that added the most value.

Once we agreed on the scope of work, he took in the vehicle that same day and the work was completed in 3 days.

I was amazed at the speed and quality of work and I am extremely happy with the outcome.

I would like to thank Nabeel and the team at Rapido Garage and thoroughly recommend them for anyone considering their services.

This is a very reasonable garage with expertise in high end cars. But one of their staff makes a massive difference. Lookout for Mr Nabeel, he is amazing! He is detailed, very honest, quick and service oriented. I service three of my cars here just because of Mr Nabeel.

Hands down the best repair shop I have been to in Dubai. They do really clean mechanical repairs, quick and very well done body work, and solved alot of headaches for me. They are located in quite a busy area, and they have alot of clients so they might be busy, but I trust them and they even pickup/deliver the car.

This is my updated review for Rapido Garage since I upgraded my car to BMW X6 (previously I used to service/repair my Mitsubishi here). I and my wife always service the cars here. A while ago my BMW X6 had a hit and run body damage and Rapido Garage fixed it making it look like new. On top of it I also asked them to do Nano Ceramic Coating, painting of brake calipers to blue to match BMW blue. And at the same time polished all the body scratches, and headlights. Thanks to Mr. Behzod and his friendly team of mechanics and painters for always taking care about my ride. After I quit using dealership services in Dubai, Rapido Garage became a favorite. The location is really convenient for me and I really enjoy spending time in the reception hall with tea-coffee and WiFi. Rapido Garage for me is also a sort of a museum or car showroom, they do work on restoring some unbelievably beautiful classic cars as well as all the modern ones. Good luck guys in your business, and keep up the great service.
