Any body going for any work in this garage "Rashid Al Shams " after completing work please Recheck what ever service you have done. Better find any other garage.
First of all the owner Mohammad Mizar and supervisor Adnan is very arrogant when you claim for any issue related to improper service done.
I hav changed engine oil, filter changed AC Air filter cleaned , coolant flushed and coolant toped up.
Within two weeks of very normal usage I found my car was over heating . Checked and found their was no oil in the engine , Scale checked and found complete dry without oil .
Even coolant level was at the bottom .
In the same condition I took the car for check at this garage found oil filter was loosely fitted causing engine oil to leak drop by drop , this owner and supervisor completely disagree to improper service done and arrogantly speek.
Not accept the wrong service done and even ask full charge for engine oil top up.
They blame me for not taking care of my car .
This is really very bad experience
I think it was my mistake to believe this garage .

That people will making big damage to your car , when Start working he ask moor money, they not have one word, that place moor trouble omg I cannot imagine what they did to my care moor damage zero experience
