Not happy with the service of this company after they left my caliper bolt out after paying 430 for therepair . Only picked up on the mot was deemed as
Dangerous. Asked them to do a few jobs
for me to make it up and kept the car for two days. Then fobbed me off that my ecu has been tampered with which had nothing to do with what was needed. Won't us ever again.

Very friendly and efficient service. I had my annual service plus MOT done and this was the best service and customer care I have seen in a long time. Value for money, friendly, kept me informed and did exactly what they promised. Great was also the car pick-up and delivery. It took all the hassle of getting the service and MOT done and didn't cost a fortune. It was the first time I didn't get my Audi serviced at an Audi dealer but it was such a refreshingly good service that I will do it again.

My car needed quite a lot of work done to pass the MOT. I was happy with the figure they quoted but on top more work was found that needed to be done. I agreed as it needed doing, but when all the work was done they recalculated the time and work and the bill came out lower than the first quote even with the extra work.....very happy indeed. It was nice that this was passed onto me as they could have just charged me the higher amount. Great customer service and work carried out. Thank you I really appreciated it.

I continue to utilize Independent Car sales and Service at both their Chandlers Ford and Hedge End Facilities.
David and Rikki and the team are totally customer focused, and go to great lengths to provide excellent diagnostic, service, maintenance and repair facilities at competitive prices.
I have been using this company since they opened, and have recommended their services to friends and family.
They have a can do attitude and go to great lengths to provide total customer satisfaction. Highly Recommended!

I have always had a great service from Ricki, Dave & the team. They have always gone above & beyond to accommodate our cars. I called them at 9.30 today as I realised our daughters car was out of MOT. It’s now 1.00 & it’s passed. Amazing garage & I’d highly recommend. ????????????????

May 2023. No change to the rating. Both mercs going well. Serviced a Hyundai Tucson hybrid too. Used few times now for my beloved old merc. They know their stuff and how to do it. Friendly, helpful, convenient. 0.6miles from me. Cost wise, they do use oe parts. But with vehicles, safety and quality first. Pattern parts false economy if you are keeping the car!! Ps another good one! Doing both old mercs at independent now. Quality counts.

A few weeks ago, asked for a quotation for heater matrix replacement, and was told that they would call back with a quote. Unfortunately I have never received a call back on this.

Had another go two weeks ago. On their website, for the same service, this branch charges a lot more than their hedge end branch. After speaking with their hedge end branch and was assured that Chandlers Ford branch would price match, I called them. Was told that they would call back in 5 mins. Believe it or not, they have not called back.

I am sure i will no longer seek any quote from them or get a job done by them.

I was taken in by VW Assistance so was accepted at short notice. Due to a genuine misunderstanding I was quoted a higher price for the work that was to be carried out. I phoned Rikki and he couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. He immediately looked into it and phoned me back with the correct price. There was no hint of conflict just a genuine concern to put things right which I found really reassuring.
