Their pricing is very competitive, often times 20-30% less than other specialty car repair shops. The customer experience is second to none. Start getting problems with my BMW immediately after my last under warranty service by BMW AGENCY in less than a month. Went to RCCR after seeing their superb customer reviews and high ratings on Google. Found them to be very knowledgeable, fair and transparent. Fast, reliable and efficient service and on time delivery of vehicle even during Ramadan, customer updates through videos on car problems and work progress. I am certainly going back to them for all vehicle works and certainly not renewing service contract with BMW. Superb work RCCR team, keep it up ????

I recently had my BMW 435i AC unit's compressor changed at RCCR, and the experience was EXCEPTIONAL! least to say.
They provided me with full details of the repair and hourly updates with videos and photos of what and how they’re doing things, which was very unusual… but in a good way ????????, it made me feel like they were sharing the secrets of their craft ????
I must say, their transparency was commendable. Moreover, the customer service is just top class, very nice and polite you feel like they’re more concerned about you and your car more than you actually are,

PS: the repair took place about a month ago, and the AC is still rocking hard, a life saver in this crazy heat.

Been with these guys for the past 4 years now, and without a doubt they’ve been earning their stripes for no BS.
I’ve had my engine replaced and rebuilt by the Team lead by both Mansour and Ehab. Was advised the build would take roughly 9 days and they’ve finished in 5. They’ve also been sending me updates daily on how the build was progressing. The replacement engine and parts are hand-picked for the necessary build.
Fast, reliable, accurate, quality builds and no BS. This is what they’re good at. And if you love your vehicle, and looking for a garage you trust with no beating around the bush, fairly priced and build quality repaired/replaced with attention to detail… Then they are the Team you’re looking for.

Have to let you all know i was in conversation with them the Owner was not in town , he not only dealt professionally but also connected me to the local team and i had the Air suspension on my BMW 750Li replaced , n tester in same day . Easy convenient location . Value for money when it is done with professional al who can speak and guide others Honesty , AlahmduAllah

The way the dealt with the car and myself was one of the best experiences since I arrived to Dubai. Very kind, comprehensive and they try to give you the best deal according to the car real condition. I really liked and it’s my from now on to go Garage Shop.

After trying 3 other garages this is my selected one for sure!! Will keep coming back.
