I wasn't able to use their car recovery service itself, my fault, but their customer service is on point. They will give good discount and they ask what you need every now and then. Customer service is polite and helpful, it's not very hard to contact them. Highly recommended

TAHIR was excellent! From the time I called him to the car being collected and delivered was only a few hours. He took photos of the job in progress and kept me updated. And when I could not be present to pay in cash he helped me with bank transfer.

I have rarely had the pleasure of such an efficient, reliable and above all, Friendly service. I will certainly use him again, should I need, and would recommend him strongly to others.

Also. His English is excellent (very helpful for expats)

The team was really fast in response and customer service is on point. They are really helpful and very polite to their customers, they understood my situation and was ready to negotiate as per my financial situation at the time of an emergency. Really very helpful service and highly recommend

Great customer service, friendly and calm. Didn’t make a drama out of a crisis when recovering our car after a breakdown. Very happy with the service and their fee was fair.

I don't even know how to thanks Mr. Tahir, yesterday my vehicle got stuck in sand at half desert area and i was feeling very hopeless but all of the sudden I thought to check in Google and luckily I got this number and after i spoke to Mr. Tahir he came with in 25 minutes right at that dune where we were stuck and even he bring water bottles for us which was an an surprise for us. Also, he gave us good discount. Very professional and humble person. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and on time. Would just recommend that drivers have partial knowledge in English or Arabic - I had a bit of difficulty communicating but we barely managed. Thanks for the delivery.
